Wells Lodge 915 Newsletter

We had four to show up for workday this morning and they worked hard to accomplish a lot of needed items to make the lodge proud. Below are all of the items that we got accomplished today.

  1. Low hanging trees and those growing through the fence were trimmed.

  2. Several broken boards were replaced in the privacy fence behind the lodge.

  3. New locks and Dead bolts were installed on both doors. Old key will still work on old and these new locks.

  4. New parking lot light was installed on the East end of the building.

  5. New shut off valves were were put in the bathrooms for the sink and toilet.

  6. New water lines were put in the bathrooms after replacing the shut off valves.

  7. The sink bracket in the men’s bathroom was re-secured to the wall and it is nice and stable now.

  8. The wax ring and mounting bracket in the women’s bathroom was replaced due to being broken.

  9. Plug plate under the alter was replaced.

  10. Plug at the Master’s Station received a weather proof safety cover.

  11. New door sweep was installed on the lodge room exit door.

  12. Exterior plug on East end of the building was replaced and a weather proof fixture was installed.

  13. Several holes in the East end parking area were filled with dirt.

  14. There are still several other items that need repair so we will be planning more work days to get these accomplished.

Thank you very much to the Gentlemen who worked so hard today to make these repairs and keep the Lodge up and going for future generations to come.
